Riin Savi joins SmartCap

SmartCap appoints Riin Savi Chief People, Communication, and Sustainability Officer to back the organisational growth of the fund manager.

Riin joins SmartCap from private equity firm BaltCap, where she was responsible for leading communication, HR and ESG initiatives. She has previously worked as the manager of Estonian Traders Association and coordinated numerous international R&D projects in the leading Estonian Universities. Riin is a Supervisory Board member of Tallinn University of Technology and Management Board member of Sustainability Estonia. She holds a PhD in Public Administration from TalTech.
