Applicants interested in participating in the Call shall submit an Expression of Interest complying with the requirements set out in the Call Document not later than 23 December 2022 at 12PM EET (UTC+2).
SmartCap launched the Call for Expressions of Interest on 6 September 2022 with an aim to find up to two private fund managers, who would establish green technology investment funds to which SmartCap Green Fund will make a cornerstone investment of 20 million euros each. The deadline for submitting an Expression of Interest with respect to the Call was 30 November 2022.
Following the review of the Expressions of Interest received to the Call it has been determined that there are three or less Applicants who comply with the Eligibility Criteria set out in the Call Document. Consequently, as facilitated by the Call Document, SmartCap has decided to extend the deadline for Applicants to submit an Expression of Interest in accordance with the requirements set out in the Call Document.
Applicants interested in participating in the Call are, therefore, further invited to submit an Expression of Interest complying with the requirements set out in the Call Document not later than 23 December 2022 at 12PM EET (UTC+2).
Applicants who have already submitted an Expression of Interest (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Applicants whose Expressions of Interest were determined not meeting the Eligibility Criteria) may also amend or supplement their Expression of Interest at latest by 23 December 2022 at 12PM EET (UTC+2) by submitting an amended Expression of Interest in full (including all required appendices and other documents) in the same manner as specified in the Call Document, and clearly and unambiguously stating any amendments made to the original Expression of Interest. The Expression of Interest submitted at a later time shall prevail over the Expression of Interest submitted earlier.
Capitalized expressions used herein shall have the meaning attributed to them in the Call Document, unless otherwise expressly defined herein or otherwise required by the context.
