SmartCap extends the deadline for the deep tech fund call
Applicants interested in participating in the Call shall submit an Expression of Interest complying with the requirements set out in the Call Document not later than 22 March 2021.
SmartCap launched a Call for Expressions of Interest on 21 December 2020 with an aim to select a private fund manager for establishing and managing a deep tech investment fund. The deadline for submitting an Expression of Interest with respect to the Call was 1 March 2021.
Following review of the Expressions of Interest received with respect to the Call, it has been determined that there is one or fewer Applicant(s) who comply with the Eligibility Criteria set out in the Call Document. Consequently, as facilitated by the Call Document, SmartCap has determined to extend the deadline for Applicants to submit an Expression of Interest in accordance with the Call Document. Applicants interested in participating in the Call shall submit an Expression of Interest complying with the requirements set out in the Call Document not later than 22 March 2021.
Applicants who have submitted an Expression of Interest may also amend or supplement their Expression of Interest on or before 22 March 2021 by submitting an amended Expression of Interest in full (including all required appendices and other documents) in the same manner as specified in the Call Document, and must clearly and unambiguously state any amendments made to the original Expression of Interest. The Expression of Interest submitted at a later time shall prevail over the Expression of Interest submitted earlier.
Capitalised expressions used herein shall have the meaning attributed to them in the Call Document, unless otherwise expressly defined herein or otherwise required by the context.
