We’re looking for a passionate Compliance and Risk Manager who will be responsible for taking ownership of the compliance control function in all business activities at SmartCap.

What describes you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related areas.
- 2 years of experience in a managerial role (function manager) would be highly valued.
- In-depth understanding of Estonian and European regulations relevant to the investment/asset management industry, including the investment funds act, AIF/AIFMD directives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal and communication skills.
