With the most comprehensive Responsible Business Assessment Index in Estonia, SmartCap was awarded with Silver Level. Responsible entrepreneurship is the natural and voluntary integration of company’s economic, environmental and social dimensions into its day-to-day operations, management and business strategy.
The Responsible Business Index acknowledges Estonian companies that care about employees and the environment and contribute to society at large and more than required by law. According to Mari Vavulski, member of the management board of SmartCap, all SmartCap employees share the same values. “It is important for all of us SmartCap is an ethical and responsible company, and as a company and employees, we have taken on more responsibility than our daily activities would require.
