On August 25, SmartCap together with PwC Estonia held a seminar at StartupDay 2022 on EU Taxonomy regulation vis-á-vis green investments.
In the wake of the environmental crisis, investments are becoming increasingly green. Green solutions contributing to the achievement of environmental objectives will be at the forefront of attracting new investment capital in the future.
During StartupDay 2022, Markus Jakobsoo, the Head of compliance and risk management at SmartCap, and Merili Vares, Senior manager of ESG-services at PwC Estonia, discussed at the seminar “Go Green!”, what makes a company or a business idea green, where to start to be considered green, and what does the EU Taxonomy Regulation have to do with it all.
