Your daily tasks:
Creating contacts, collecting data, analyzing underlying materials, and preparing and presenting summaries and reports.
Analyzing the private equity and venture capital market of Estonia and the surrounding region.
Being a strategic partner to investment managers in making investment decisions and monitoring.
Managing the deal flow of investment opportunities.
Organizing the daily work of the SmartCap Investment Committee.
Taking the management and reporting of the fund’s investment portfolio to the next level by ensuring the format and timeliness of reports are based on best practices and providing valuable input to the leadership team.
What you bring to the table:
You have a higher education in economics or statistics and prior experience as an Analyst.
You have a high level of analytical ability and a passion for data and Excel.
You are curious, quick to learn new topics, and interested in the trends and developments in the technology entrepreneurship and venture capital fields.
You’re willing to create new contacts to gather critical market information for investment evaluation.
You understand the importance of details in creating a big picture.
You are ready to take responsibility independently or as part of a team.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Estonian and English.
