SmartCap procurement for deep tech startups and ecosystem development programme
SmartCap has launched a procurement to find the professional service providers for developing the deep tech ecosystem in Estonia.
Since the beginning of this year, SmartCap has been implementing Startup Estonia deep tech accelerator activities. The aim of the procurement is to find service providers for providing business development programs and prototyping services for startups, for supporting the establishment of new innovative companies in health-tech and green-tech areas and to increase ecosystem participants competence to provide services for deep tech startups.
Business development program is to help Estonian researchers’ knowledge, discoveries and innovation reach commercial outcomes, to foster cooperation outcomes, to foster cooperation between ecosystem partners and research-based teams in the early stages of development, by supporting high-tech startup teams in reaching a business concept.
The implementation of the business development program will be financed up to a maximum of EUR 1,400,000.

Procurement introduction will take place 21.10 10.00 via MS Teams, the link is visible in the procurement register next to the procurement documents.
The procurement will be carried out with the resources of the European Union structural and investment funds via the European Regional Development Fund. Tenders should be submitted on 12 November 2021.
