For Companies

We’re on the lookout for promising Greentech companies until the end of 2024!

SmartCap co-invests with private investors into innovative and/or research and development-intensive early-stage Estonian green technology companies that are developing breakthrough technologies, products, or services to help solve environmental problems and achieve a climate-neutral circular economy.

Our direct investments into Estonian Greentech companies began in 2022, with the announcement of our Greentech Investment Programme (GTIP). We plan to make €20 million worth of investments into Greentech companies as direct equity or convertible instruments.

SmartCap Green Fund participates in investment rounds where the participation of private capital investors is at least 50% of the round.
